Conductive Filaflex is a one-of-a-kind TPU that combines electrical conductivity with genuine flexibility at Shore 92A hardness. It opens the door to printed circuits, pressure-sensitive buttons, and wearable electronics — printed directly on your desktop machine, no specialized hardware required.

Its electrical resistance can be tuned through your print parameters, making it ideal for low-current applications, and it prints on roughly 90% of the printers on the market without a hardened nozzle.

Recommended Print Settings

  • Dry first (crucial): 55°C for at least 1 hour
  • Nozzle: 250°C (0.4 mm) · slow, steady flow — ~4 mm³/s volumetric
  • Quirk to know: this TPU stretches as it extrudes, so lines print slightly thinner than the nozzle — bump flow slightly for solid wall bonding and conductivity
