Do you offer free shipping?
Yes. We currently offer free shipping on orders of $60 or more to the continental US.
Only need one thing? No problem- we offer discounted flat rate shipping to get your filament to you when you need it.
Not in the continental US? We can ship filaments anywhere. Shipping is calculated at checkout based on shipment weight and destination zip code.

Do you offer rushed or next day shipping?
Yes, you can purchase rushed shipping that meets your needs at checkout.
All UPS or other expedited shipping services must be purchased by 11:00AM Central Time in order to be processed the same day.

FREE Samples? Yes Please!
We love samples and want everyone to have some. All orders $100 and over receive Free random samples of Fiberlogy filaments. Free samples are random, but if there is something special you really want to try please do the following:
- Send an email to our team at firstname.lastname@example.org as soon as your order is placed.
- In the email include your order number and note which filament type you are most interested in (feel free to mention color choices, but keep in mind colors are typically random based on what is being manufactured at the time).
- Sit back and enjoy the rest of your day while you wait for your new filaments and samples to arrive :)
How do you ship?
All orders typically ship within 48 hours of being placed. Your order is carefully prepared by hand and ships directly from our facility, not a drop shipping warehouse.
Some orders may be delayed based on high volume of orders during seasonal events/holidays. Rest assured, we work hard to ensure you receive your order as quickly as possible.
Prime Shipping: We offer Prime Shipping for those that need their orders processed quickly- this option allows your order to jump to the top of the shipping queue and get processed the same business day in most cases Monday - Friday, if placed before 3:00PM EST.
If a problem occurs or you need special attention with your order please reach out to us and we will get your filament to you quickly and easily.
When will my package ship?
We fulfill all orders in our facility, not a drop shipping company or warehouse, Monday thru Friday. The cutoff time to have your oder ship the NEXT business day is 12pm (EST). What that looks like is an order placed at 5pm on Wednesday will normally ship out on Friday. And and order placed on Thursday at 3pm will ship out the following Monday.
Shipping time depends on the final destination zip code. Most packages arrive within 3-5 business days. All orders include free tracking information (international shipping information varies).
When holidays fall on a week day please assume that your order will ship the following business day.
Do you ship internationally?
We will ship filaments anywhere. Keep in mind that it is sometimes rather costly to ship internationally. We legally have to say that the recipient is responsible for all taxes, duties, and import fees associated with international shipping. These rates can usually be calculated at checkout.

Do you accept returns?
We want you to be excited about your filaments! We do offer exchanges and returns within 30 Days of purchase- just pay shipping and if there is a price difference between filament options. You can read a more detailed article of our return policy here.
