Q: Can you help me find the filament I need for my project?

A: Yes. Our job is to make the buying and researching processes as easy as possible for you. We have a buyer's guide to help answer basic questions about the materials, and you can always email us at narrowpath3d@gmail.com with project specific questions.

Q: I'm new to 3D printing; Do you have filaments for beginners?
_________________________________________________
A: Yes. Our purpose is finding, testing and proving the best 3D printing filaments. We test a lot of different parameters, the most important being quality and printability. Pros and novices can enjoy consistent, high quality results with all of the materials we offer.

Q: I see you have mostly 1.75mm size materials; do you carry 2.85mm filaments too?
_________________________________________________
A: Occasionally. In the US the 2.85mm size is not standard or popular for most printers. In order to keep costs low and serve you as best we can we offer some filaments and colors in 2.85mm sizes by special request. If you would like more info or would like to order 2.85mm filaments please fill out the contact form below and we will respond to you as soon as possible.

Q: Where do you ship?

A: We can ship filaments anywhere. We have shipping rates set up for the USA, Canada and Mexico automatically at checkout. We ship from the US, and international shipping can get pricey. If you would like a special quote please fill out the simple form on the contact us page and we will be happy to help you.

Q: Do you have rushed or next day shipping?
_________________________________________________
Yes. The different shipping speeds are available at checkout.
Please note that all UPS or other expedited shipping services must be purchased by 11:00AM Central Time in order to be processed the same day. If you have questions or concerns please contact us at narrowpath3d@gmail.com. We are happy to get you what you need, when you need it.

Q: Do you have detailed specifications for your materials?

A: Yes! Most of our filaments have extensive TDS (technical data sheets) right on the product page towards the end of the descriptions.

Q: What if I need help printing, or something goes wrong?
________________________________________________
A: We are here to make sure you have a great printing experience. All of our filaments are designed for superior printability and the highest quality standards. We offer the initial print settings to get you started, and we are here with professional support to help if you need us.

Q: When can I expect my filaments to be delivered?
________________________________________________
A: *Most* orders ship out in 1-2 days from being placed Mon-Fri. Unfortunately, we have no control over how long it will take an order to be delivered once it has left our facility.
If you're in a hurry, or want your order shipped by Saturday, we offer Prime Shipping to bump your order to the top of the shipping queue. Simply select Prime Shipping at checkout.

Q: Do you offer filament samples?

A: Yes. Samples are a great way to try out a new material, color and find exactly what you need for your next project.
We have the Samples collection, or in the top right hand corner of the menu click the magnifying glass, type 'Samples' and you will see all of the samples to chose from.

Q: The filament I was looking at is out of stock; how long until it's back in stock?

A: If an item is out of stock, the best way to get it quickly is to fill out the form below, and we will get you what you need as quickly as possible.

Q: When will I receive my filaments?
________________________________________________
In general, most people receive their filaments within 3-5 business days after purchase. If you are in a hurry we encourage you to select a paid expedited shipping option at checkout.
Once an order has been shipped we are no longer in control of the speed of delivery.
