Recreus PET-G is a rigid, highly modified PET copolymer with mechanical properties comparable to ABS — without the harmful vapors that come with ABS printing. It prints as easily as PLA, resists chemicals and moisture, and produces durable, glossy parts with excellent layer adhesion.

• Strong: 50 MPa tensile strength, 3,020 MPa tensile modulus
• Tough: 58 kJ/m² notched Charpy impact strength — shrugs off knocks that crack PLA
• Heat-tolerant: glass transition at 80°C (vs ~60°C for PLA)
• Low-warp: prints reliably without an enclosure
• Food & skin contact documentation available for this material

• Functional parts, brackets and enclosures that need more durability than PLA
• Containers and parts exposed to moisture or cleaning chemicals

Recommended Print Settings (per the TDS)

• Nozzle: 230–260°C
• Bed: 40–70°C
• Speed: 20–100 mm/s · optimal layer height 0.2 mm
• Retraction: 3.5–6.5 mm at 20–160 mm/s
