Flexibly Durable
FiberFlex CF is a 3D printing filament that combines the flexibility of polyurethane (TPU) with the exceptional strength of carbon fiber. This material provides excellent shock-absorbing properties and springback. Additionally, its resistance to temperatures up to 90°C allows for versatile applications in demanding environments.
The inclusion of 20% carbon fiber enhances the material’s stiffness (60D on the Shore scale), enabling the creation of durable components with high dimensional accuracy. The increased rigidity also makes this filament exceptionally easy to use compared to other flexible filaments. Furthermore, FiberFlex CF features antistatic and electro-conductive properties.
Thanks to its unique characteristics, FiberFlex CF is ideal for applications requiring both flexibility and resistance to mechanical stress and harsh environmental conditions.
