EASY ABS is a step towards easier printing of strong and durable elements without the need to use specialized 3D printers. This filament does not require a closed chamber.
A characteristic feature of EASY ABS is the possibility of obtaining transparent prints while maintaining the high durability which ABS is known for. The color range of this filament includes transparent versions, characterized by a high degree of gloss. After treating the printed model with acetone vapors, we obtain the effect of a smooth and uniform surface, which makes it perfect as a material imitating glass, e.g. in flashlights and lamp shades.
The above visual properties offered by EASY ABS, combined with the strength typical of traditional ABS, will allow you to create durable models while maintaining their low weight (density 1.07 g/cm3). This material is also characterized by good chemical resistance and resistance to temperatures up to approx. 90°C.

Printing Instructions:
The following parameters are only suggested print settings for this material. To ensure the best print quality, it is necessary to choose the appropriate settings for a specific printer and printing conditions.
Printing temperature: 235-255°C
Bed temperature: 90-110°C
Closed Chamber: NOT required
Fan: 0-10%
Flowrate: 95-105%
Printing Speed: < 100mm/s
Surface: glass, PVA glue, hairspray
Retraction (direct): 2-3mm
Retraction (bowden): 3-5mm
Retraction Speed: 20-45mm/s
Drying Conditions: 40°C / 4 hours
Notes: Compatible with HIPS when used as a support material
